1. Who we are

PayG ("we", "us") provides digital payment collection services — payment gateway, payment links, QR payments, subscriptions, invoicing and related products — to merchants across India. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website, client panel or services.

2. What we collect

(a) Merchant onboarding data — business name, contact person, mobile, email, address, and KYC documents (PAN, GST, bank proof) as required by law and our acquiring partners. (b) Transaction data — payment amounts, instruments (masked), status and settlement details needed to process payments. (c) Support data — tickets, chat conversations and call records you have with our team. (d) Website data — basic technical logs; we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

To onboard and verify merchants, process and settle transactions, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory obligations (including RBI directions and DLT SMS regulations), respond to support requests with service-level commitments, and send service communications such as OTPs, receipts and account notices.

4. Security

We follow PCI-DSS-aligned controls. Card data is handled by certified infrastructure; OTPs are stored only as one-way hashes; access to production data is role-restricted and logged.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with banks, card networks, and regulated partners as necessary to provide the service, with authorities where the law requires it, and with service providers bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention & your rights

We retain records for the periods mandated by applicable law and our agreements. You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or raise any privacy concern, by writing to care@payg.in.

7. Grievance

For privacy grievances, contact our support desk at care@payg.in or +91 73373 27109 (Hyderabad). We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them under our internal SLA and escalation framework.
